BSF

The Border Security Force (BSF) is one of India's Central Armed Police Forces, established in 1965 under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. It is responsible for guarding India’s land borders during peacetime and preventing transnational crimes such as smuggling and infiltration. BSF plays a key role in maintaining national security and participates in internal security duties, disaster response, and UN peacekeeping missions. With its motto 'Duty Unto Death', BSF is the world's largest border guarding force and is headquartered in New Delhi.
