Selection Process of UPSSSC Recruitment 2026
- 1Shortlisting - Candidates will be shortlisted based on their normalized score in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET 2025). Only candidates who applied for PET 2025 and have been issued a scorecard by the commission are eligible to apply for the main examination.
- 2Main Written Examination - The Main Written Exam will consist of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks, to be completed in 2 hours (120 minutes), with a negative marking of 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer.
- 3Physical Measurement Test (qualifying in nature) - Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards.
- 4Physical Efficiency Test (qualifying in nature) - Candidates must complete the prescribed run within the specified time.
- 5Final Merit List - The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Main Written Examination and Physical Tests.
