Know Your Pay Scale & Benefits for HRRL Engineering Jobs

Know your CTC division and other benefits as a selected candidate, you will receive from your employer: CTC will include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, and Perks & Cafeteria allowance. Allowance will be 25% for E0-E2, 30% for E3, and 35% for E5 of the basic pay. Apart from this, canteen facility, laptop reimbursement on joining (except for E0), GTLI, Group Family Floater Medical Policy, and GPAI as a prevailing policies.

What is the Service Bond and Probation Period?

If candidates get selected for one of the HRRL Engineering jobs or other jobs, they must execute a bond with the employer to serve for a minimum of 3 years. The service bond amounts to Rs. 3,00,000 for general candidates and Rs. 50,000 for EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates. This applies to all grades from E0 to E5. A retention amount of Rs. 3,000 for E0 and Rs. 5,000 for E1 to E5 will be deducted from the salary during the probation period and returned after 3 years without any interest. The probation period will be one year from the date of joining. In some case it will be extended, as per the company policy.
