Required Experience for NHSRCL Engineering Jobs

Deputy Engineer Grade (Vacancy Nos. 21-25/2026) - IDA Pay Scale Employees (Metro Railways/RRTS)

i) Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the relevant field. ii) Currently working in a pay scale with a minimum bottom pay of Rs. 46,000 OR iii) 2 years' experience in pay scales with a minimum bottom pay of Rs. 40,000 and above OR iv) 5 years' experience in a pay scale with a minimum bottom pay of Rs. 37,000 and above.

Deputy Engineer Grade (Vacancy Nos. 21-25/2026) - CDA Pay Scale Employees (Ministry of Railways/other Govt. Railways)

i) Minimum 5 years' Supervisory Work Experience in the relevant field, ii) Working in PB-2 + GP Rs. 4,200 (Level 6 of 7th CPC), iii) minimum 4 years of Group C Service.

Junior Engineer Grade (Vacancy Nos. 26-32/2026)

All posts require a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

NHSRCL Recruitment 2026 - Surety Bond and Service Commitment

Surety Bond on Joining

Selected candidates are required to execute a surety bond of Rs. 3, 00, 000/-, committing to serve NHSRCL for a minimum of 4 years (excluding any period of leave without pay or extraordinary leave). A prior 90-day notice is required before resigning from the corporation.

Surety Bond on Training

If training is provided, candidates are required to execute a separate surety bond for the cost of training and service tax, committing to serve for a minimum of 6 years after training completion. A three-month prior notice is required in such cases.
