Headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a major manufacturing unit in Ambalamugal, Kochi, Kerala, HOCL was founded to achieve self-reliance in the production of basic organic chemicals and reduce dependence on imports. The company specializes in the manufacture of chemicals such as phenol, acetone, nitrobenzene, aniline, nitrotoluenes, chlorobenzenes, and nitrochlorobenzenes.
