SECR Nagpur Division Apprentice Recruitment 2026 | 1079 Vacancies

The South East Central Railway, Divisional Office, Personnel Department, Kingsway, Nagpur, has announced 179 vacancies under SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2026. This recruitment will fill the apprentice jobs at Nagpur Division and Motibagh Workshop for the year 2026-27. The official notification includes 977 slots and 102 slots for the Nagpur division and the Motibagh workshop, respectively. These vacancies are for various designated trades at both job locations. Candidates aged between 15 and 24, who have completed 10th and ITI with a minimum of 50% marks, can now apply online from May 19th to June 18th, 2026, at the official website.

Interested candidates must fulfill all the qualifications as of May 19th, 2026, before submitting their applications. Candidates with higher education, such as an engineering degree or diploma, are not eligible for this apprentice recruitment at the SECR Nagpur division. Also, candidates with already past experience of apprenticeship will not be eligible for the Railway apprentice vacancy at the Nagpur Division. Educational Qualification: - Candidate must have passed matriculation or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board. - National Trade Certificate (NTC) to be filed in the notified trade by NCVT or a provisional certificate by NCVT / SCVT. - Candidate must fill their 10th & ITI marks on the portal in the qualification section. Without the educational qualification, the application will be rejected automatically. - No higher education beyond 10th & ITI is required at SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 at the Nagpur Division. Age Limit: - Candidate must be between 15 and 24 years of age as of May 19th, 2026. - Age relaxation is applicable as follows: 1. SC / ST - 5 years 2. OBC - 3 years 3. PWBD - 10 years 4. Ex-Serviceman - 10 years (plus 3 years if continuous service of 6 months) The age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST is subject to the submission of the latest caste certificate in the central format.

- 1st Tie Break Rule: Candidate with older age shall be preferred. - 2nd Tie Break Rule: Candidate who passed matriculation earlier shall be considered first.
