Exam Pattern

DetailsInformation
Screening TestOnline MCQ exam (150 questions, 3 hours) covering Reasoning, Basic Mathematics, English, Aptitude, Attitude & Leadership. Medium: English only. Qualifying in nature with a minimum of 60% marks (relaxable to 50% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD). Shortlisting ratio: 1:6 candidates per post.
Academic EvaluationApplications qualifying for the screening test will be evaluated by a Screening Evaluation Committee. Marks awarded as per Annexure-I (Scientist-C) and Annexure-II (Scientist-D). Total marks: 120. Shortlisting ratio for interview: 1:3 candidates per post.
InterviewPersonal Interaction/Interview of 30 marks conducted at Delhi or other approved locations.
Final merit listFinal merit list prepared based on Evaluation (120) + Interview (30) = 150 marks. Document verification is done before the interview for Scientist job.
