Security Deposit and Refund Terms
This engagement deducts the security deposit in two installments from the salary of the first two months. ICSIL will deduct 15 days' salary as a security deposit from the first two months of the total pay. The 50% installment of the security deposit, that is, 15 days of monthly pay from the first month, and the remaining 50%, that is, 15 days of monthly pay from the second month, will be deducted as the security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to the candidate along with the savings bank interest, but only after two conditions are met: i) No Dues certificate from the client department ii) Candidate has completed all contractual liabilities as specified in the appointment letter.
