AIIMS recruitment 2026 Introduction

The Centre for Dental Education and Research (CDER), AIIMS New Delhi, has announced the AIIMS Recruitment 2026 Notification for various contractual positions for the National Oral Disease Burden Survey (NODBS) being carried out under the National Oral Health Programme (NOHP), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. There are 57 positions in Medical, Non-Medical, technical, and Support Staff positions. Selected candidates will be sent for field surveys throughout the country to various states in India. Graduates and postgraduates, dentists, social scientists, programmers, biostatisticians, data entry operators, and support staff are ideal candidates for this recruitment, which provides an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious national healthcare project. AIIMS recruitment: Selection Process

  1. 1Application Screening: Applications will be reviewed for essential, desirable, academic achievement, and relevant work experience.
  2. 2Merit-Based Shortlisting: The candidate selection ratio for each merit-based post will be approximately 1:5.
  3. 3Written/Skill Test (If Required): A written test/skill test/clinical assessment/computer-based test/typing test (for DEO posts) are conducted by AIIMS as per the posts and the number of applications.
  4. 4Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview at AIIMS, New Delhi (Offline).
  5. 5Document Verification: Document Verification: Final Selection will be made after original educational, experience, identity and other supporting documents have been verified.
  6. 6Final Merit List: Overall performance, eligibility verification and selection of the Selection Committee will be the basis for the final selection.

AIIMS recruitment: Important Instructions

  • It is required that both the Google Form and hard copy be submitted.
  • No more than 10 days after the submission of an incomplete application will it be considered.
  • Applications are to be made for each individual post.
  • Applicants should be ready to work in the field as a surveyor across the nation.
  • The cost of travel will be paid back as per Government rules upon providing valid bills – no advance payment will be made.
