The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) is a Government of India enterprise established in 1955 under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). It aims to promote and support the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across India. NSIC provides a range of services including marketing support, credit facilitation, technology assistance, and skill development to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs. The corporation operates through a nationwide network of offices and technical centers, offering schemes such as the Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS), Performance & Credit Rating, and the National SC-ST Hub. NSIC also facilitates raw material procurement, organizes training programs, and assists in export marketing to empower small enterprises.
