DOO

The Directorate of Ordnance (DOO) functions under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. It oversees the management, coordination, and modernization of ordnance manufacturing and supply operations across India. It plays a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of arms, ammunition, and military equipment to the Indian Armed Forces. The DOO also coordinates with Defence Public Sector Undertakings and private partners to enhance indigenous defence production capabilities.
