The Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar, is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. Established in 1991 through a technical cooperation program between the Governments of India and Denmark, CTTC aims to enhance the competitiveness of the MSME sector by providing high-quality tool design and manufacturing services, as well as industry-oriented training programs. The center offers long-term and short-term courses in areas such as CAD/CAM, Tool Design & Manufacturing, CNC Programming & Machining, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, and VLSI. CTTC also provides consultancy services, precision machining, and has contributed to significant projects like ISRO's Mars Orbiter Mission and Chandrayaan missions. With extension centers in Rayagada, Kalinganagar, Durg, and Berhampur, CTTC plays a pivotal role in skill development and technological advancement in India.
