Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court is one of the oldest High Courts in India, established on 14 August 1862. It has jurisdiction over the states of Maharashtra and Goa, and the Union Territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The court hears civil, criminal, constitutional, and administrative cases, oversees subordinate courts, and serves as an important appellate and supervisory authority in its jurisdiction.
