Shortlisting Criteria for Community bank coordinator jobs

Applications for the community bank coordinators were not evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis but on the following priorities: Priority 1: The applicant must be an active existing member of a registered self-help group or a part of the Village/Panchayat Level Federation within that specific block. Priority 2: Preference is automatically granted to candidates who have already served as a village property reduction community, bookkeeper or PLF bookkeeper. Prior experience handling community ledgers gives applicants a substantial advantage. Priority 3: If multiple candidates have identical qualifications, preference leans towards those belonging to economically vulnerable or marginalised categories, as verified by the PLF/VPRC.
