Selection Process
- 1Candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualification will have to appear for an interview.
- 2List of eligible candidates with Roll Numbers and schedule of interview will be uploaded on the website of District Courts, Panipat.
- 3No separate call letters will be issued.
- 4If at any time before or after the interview a candidate is found ineligible, candidature will be cancelled.
- 5No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
How to Apply
- 1Download the application form from the website of District Courts, Panipat.
- 2Fill the application as per the prescribed proforma with complete particulars and affix a recent photograph.
- 3Submit the hard copy along with attested copies of requisite testimonials/certificates to the office of District and Sessions Judge, Judicial Court Complex, District Courts, G.T. Road, Panipat, either by registered post or by hand, so as to reach on or before 07.02.2026 till 05.00 P.M.
- 4Mention on top of the envelope: “Application for the post of Peons (Adhoc basis)”.
- 5Only hard copies are accepted; applications/bio-data via e-mail will not be entertained.
- 6Incomplete applications (missing post name, category, DOB, educational qualification, photograph, or attested copies) are liable to be rejected.

Documents Required
- Application form with recent photograph affixed
- Attested copies of testimonials/certificates including educational qualification, date of birth, category/reservation certificates (SC/BC/EWS etc.), Income and Asset Certificate for EWS, BC certificate and affidavit regarding non-creamy layer, and identity proof
- Original documents/testimonials including caste certificates, Income and Asset Certificate (for EWS) and identity proof must be produced at the time of interview
