MBBS degree from a recognized university or Medical College recognized by the Medical Council of India (NMC/MCI). MBBS degree recognized as per the applicable government norms. You don't need to have any additional degree. Your MBBS degree is enough to apply for all the above-mentioned posts.

Upper age limit: 65 years as of the date of publication of this advertisement (03 June 2026). No minimum age is mentioned, but candidates should have a complete MBBS degree. Age relaxation for candidates of the reserved category (SC/OBS/EWS) will be provided as per the rules of the Uttar Pradesh government.

For most of the posts, experience is desirable but not essential, as per the notification. Experience in HDU/EMO/Trauma may be an additional advantage for the post of Ex-UPHSSP (DHS)/EMO IPHS Trauma. Previous NHM or government health sector experience shall be an advantage.

Candidates must be registered with the Medical Council (State or National Medical Council). The original registration certificate is to be produced on the walk-in interview day itself.

Telemedicine is the provision of remote health care services through digital platforms. As a Telemedicine Medical Officer at NHM Mathura, you will conduct virtual consultations with patients. Review digital medical records, prescribe treatment, and liaise with health workers on the ground. It's a modern, tech-enabled role and a good fit for doctors who are comfortable working on digital platforms.

Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs) are run under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) to serve the urban poor. As a UPHC Medical Officer, you will be providing OPD consultation, maternal and child health services, immunization, and outreach services in urban slums and low-income neighborhoods of Mathura.

The Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Center (HWC) program is upgrading the Sub-Health Centers and Primary Health Centers to full-fledged wellness centers. As a Medical Officer at HWC, you will deliver preventive, promotive, and curative health care; chronic disease management; mental health support; and palliative care.

This is a dedicated post for the High Dependency Unit (HDU)/Emergency Medical Officer (EMU) and District Hospital, Mahila Hospital, or Community Health Centre, Mathura. You will deliver emergency medical care 24/7, caring for trauma patients, emergency admissions, and critical care patients. This role requires solid clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

The National Programme for Non-Communicable Diseases (NPCDCS) addresses the prevention, early detection, and management of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and stroke. As a Medical Officer under this program, your role will involve screening patients, managing chronic conditions, and assisting in the management of NCD clinics in Mathura.
