Age Limit
i) Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor - Not exceeding 67 years as of 29/06/2026. ii) Senior Resident and Tutor/Demonstrator - Not exceeding 45 years as of 29/06/2026 (age relaxation applicable as per the Indian Government's norms). iii) The maximum engagement tenure for teaching faculty will continue till 70 years of age.

Security Deposit and Refund Terms
- Every selected candidate must submit a security deposit of Rs. 20,000 via Demand Draft in favor of 'ESI Fund A/c No. 1' at Surat at the time of joining.
- This deposit is fully refundable on the successful completion of contract period, provided a candidate submits a 'No Dues Certificate'.
- Resignation within six months of joining will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Terms of Contractual Agreement
- This is a purely contractual engagement with no entitlement to regular government service benefits.
- Resignation requires a submission of one month advance notice or deposit equivalent to one month's salary.
- Unauthorized absense exceeding 7 days will be treated as voluntary abandanment, resulting in automatic termination and forfeiture of dues.
- Attendance must be marked both manually and through the Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) on all working days.
