Eligibility Criteria of BOB Manager Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline, plus a Post Graduate Degree or a Diploma with specialization in Finance (or its equivalent), or a Professional Qualification such as CA, CMA, CS, or CFA.
Age Criteria
Age criteria ranging from a minimum of 25 years (Manager Grade) and maximum of 42 years (Chief Manager). Age will be calculated as of June 01, 2026.
Nationality
Indian citizens are eligible for this recruitment. Along with certain categories of Nepali, Bhutanese, and Tibetan refugees and Indian-Origin candidates from specific countries, subject to an Eligibility certificate from the Government of India (where applicable).

Selection Process Details
The Bank reserves the right to skip, modify, and cancel any selection stage. Final selection is based on combined performance across whichever stages are actually held. For Psychometric Assessment or Interviews, the minimum qualifying score is 60% for the General category and 55% for the Reserved category. If two or more candidates tie at the cut-off marks, the older candidate is ranked higher in the merit list. If the online test is conducted, it is tentatively planned across multiple cities, including Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Baroda, Bhopal, Chandigarh-Mohali, and several other regional centers. The final allotted centre will be confirmed in the call letter.
CIBIL Score Requirement - Credit History Check
- Candidates need a minimum of 680 CIBIL score at the time of joining to be eligible for this recruitment.
- Candidates who has defaulted on loan repayments, credit card dues, who has adverse reports from CIBIL or other external credit assessment agencies will be treated as ineligible for this recruitment.
- Bank reserves the right to cancel any candidate's selection, even after joining if their Credit profile turns out to be unsatisfactory.
