Important Points for AIIMS CRE 5 Group B & C Recruitment 2026

  • Your age, educational qualification and experience will all be evaluated as of June 30, 2026. If your degree results or experience requirements are completed even a day later, you will be ineligible.
  • The 90-minute online exam is divided into 5 distinct sections of 18 minutes each.
  • You must complete the section on your screen within its 18-minute window. Once the timer for a section hits zero, it locks permanently. You cannot go back to review or answer questions from a previous section later in exam.
  • There is a heavy penalty for guessing. Every correct answer gets +4 marks but an incorrect answer results in a -1 mark deduction.
  • AIIMS is highly strict about the issue dates for reservation certificates. They must be valid for the current financial year and issued within the specific date mentioned in official advt.
  • SC/ST candidates who pay the Rs 2400 fee will get a full refund deposited back into their bank accounts, but only if they actually appear for the CBT exam.
  • These positions under Aiims notice No./2025 dated 11/06/2026 are non- transferable. If your CBT rank secures you a spot at AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Patna, or AIIMS Delhi, you are appointed to that specific autonomous institution permanently and cannot request a lateral transfer to another state's AIIMS later in your career.

Preparation Tips for AIIMS Group B & C Notification 2026

  • When practicing mock tests or question banks at home, set a strict timer for 18 minutes for every 20 questions. Train your brain to skip long, time consuming questions.
  • Spend 4 to 5 hours a day reviewing your core textbook concepts & solving trade- specific MCQS. This is where you will score the bulk of your marks.
  • Dedicate 6 days a week to studying. On Sundays, do not read anything new. Spend the morning revising your short notes and full length test in the afternoon.
  • Focus on scoring topics like MS office shortcut keys/formulas, basic arithmetic, and the last 6 months of central government health schemes.
