| Teaching Personnel | Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned. Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the point scale system. A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the graduate and Master’s level for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Differently-able (Physically and visually differently-able) candidates. NET/SLET will be an essential qualification in the discipline where NET/SLET is conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/State Govt. agency. In case where candidate with Ph.D. degree or NET/SLET is not available, the essential qualification shall be first class M.Sc. degree in related discipline. |
Salary Details

| Teaching Personnel | Rs. 650/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 30,000/- per month for candidates fulfilling eligibility of Assistant Professor in the discipline; OR Rs. 550/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month for candidates possessing Master’s degree only in the concerned discipline. |

- 1No prior application submission; candidates must report for walk-in interview on 04.02.2026 at 10:00 AM in the College Seminar Room, College of Basic Sciences & Humanities, GBPUAT, Pantnagar, with filled application form (as per attached format), brief bio-data, originals and self-attested copies of all relevant documents. No TA/DA will be paid and no separate intimation will be issued for the interview.
