Sc in Life Science and experience in Public Health. • Block Data Manager (XVFC): Graduate from any recognized university with at least 1-year Diploma in Computer Application from Govt. registered institution; working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and Internet; minimum 3 years’ experience in Government sector or 5 years’ experience in Private sector in data recording and data analysis. • Laboratory Technician (XVFC): Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biological Science AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any institution recognized by Government of West Bengal OR Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from School of Tropical Medicine; 2 years post-qualification experience in any laboratory of Government institution or private institution licensed under Clinical Establishment. • Multi Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE): Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years working experience in a hospital; desirable Master degree in Physiotherapy. • Community Health Assistant (U-HWC, XVFC): ANM course passed from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with West Bengal Nursing Council; OR GNM course passed from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with West Bengal Nursing Council; should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the concerned district. • Staff Nurse (15th FC for UHWC): Completed GNM training course from institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council/West Bengal Nursing Council; must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council; desirable experience in hospital settings. All qualifications must be from recognized institutes/universities; distance learning or open university degrees for essential qualification will not be entertained.

Experience— Post-wise: • Block Data Manager: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Government sector or 5 years in Private sector in data recording and data analysis. • Laboratory Technician: 2 years post-qualification experience in a recognized/ licensed laboratory. • Multi Rehabilitation Worker: At least 2 years working experience in a hospital. • Staff Nurse: Experience in hospital settings desirable. Experience is calculated after obtaining the required essential academic qualification up to the last date of online application.

Selection Process— Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in academic qualification, experience, computer test (whenever applicable) and interview (whenever applicable), with post-wise criteria including: • Medical Officer GDMO: As per 100% merit (each subject-wise marks in MBBS examination). • Some posts: 1:5 candidates will be called for computer test and interview (as per annexures). • Some posts: 1:10 candidates will be called for computer test and interview (as per annexure-C). • Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Class 10 – 10 marks (proportionate), Class 12 – 10 marks, Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy – 10 marks, Master degree in Physiotherapy – 5 marks, Experience – 10 marks, Interview – 5 marks; Total 50 marks; 1:5 candidates shortlisted for interview based on academic qualification; experience marks added in final grade. • Staff Nurse: As per marks obtained in GNM examination. Candidates qualified in computer test will be called for interview wherever applicable. Only shortlisted candidates based on academic qualification will be called for interview/computer test. Panel will be valid up to 1 year from date of approval.
