Important Notes on Application Fees
- The application fee is not refundable. The earlier form will be cancelled in case of multiple submission and the fees will not be refunded or adjusted.
- The application fee can only be paid online through a preferred mode, which is Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc.
- Bank charges, if applicable on online payment, have to be borne by candidates.
- Successful payment of application fee is mandatory for the form to be considered submitted.

Application Process for SMC Recruitment 2026

- 3First time users have to verify their mobile number and email ID. Registered users can directly proceed to fill the application form.

Notes on Application Process
- The photo should be 5 cm x 3.6 cm in dimension and 150 KB in size.
- The signature should be 2.5 cm x 7.5 cm in dimension and 50 KB in size. The signature must be on a white paper in blur or black ink.
- Both images must be in JPG / JPEG / PNG format.
- Existing government employees or semi-government employees are required to send a hard copy of the application form to the Central Recruitment Department of SMC through a proper channel within last 7 working days from the last date of application submission.

Selection Process for SMC Recruitment 2026
- 1Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their application form first. The selection process from this point forward is tentative. The combination or sequence is subject to change at any time.
- 2Written test may comprise of objective or descriptive questions, as applicable.
- 3Practical test followed by oral interview / viva voce.
- 4Selected candidates will be called for documents verification. It is mandatory to bring original and self-attested photocopy of documents. Any single document missing could restrict the advancement to the final selection.
- 5Candidates may have to undergo a physical fitness test based on the position. Candidates may also have to undergo a medical examination before joining the employment.
