As an apprentice you rotate around different desks to learn different parts of retail banking: 1. Customer Relationship Management: Assisting customers with filling account opening forms, loan applications and fixed deposit (FD) documentation. 2. Digital Banking Promotion: The manner in which walk-in customers can avail SBI’s digital services like YONO app, internet banking and ATMs 3. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Handling back office work, indexing of documents, scanning of KYC documents and cross checking of customer records in the bank’s database. 4. Cross Selling Support: Assisting the bank's marketing team in educating customers on diverse financial products, insurance schemes and mutual funds. 5. Career Benefits After 1 Year of Apprentice Jobs
Your contract will end automatically at the end of the 12 month training period, and you will not become a permanent employee of SBI.
