The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. NIELIT has released an official notification for recruitment of 2026. There are 68 vacant teaching positions in various regional campuses of NIELIT across India. NIELIT invites applications from qualified and dynamic professionals for the posts of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. These positions are on contract basis for specialised streams like computer science, engineering, electronics and communication engineering and mathematics. Assistant Professor:Engineering (ECE / CSE): B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech (or Integrated M.Tech) in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in either degree.
