DDU Hospital Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in Interview for 7 Adhoc SR Posts (Anaesthesia, Pathology & Obs-Gynae)

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital (DDUH), Hari Nagar, New Delhi, has issued Notice No. F2S (01)/DDUH/SR/2026/12173-76 dated 18 June 2026 for the DDHU Senior Resident Recruitment 2026, inviting eligible medical professionals for a walk-in interview to fill 7 ad hoc Senior Resident posts across three departments: Anaesthesia (3 posts), Pathology (1 post), and Obstetrics & Gynaecology (3 posts). This is not an online application process. There is no download for the application form to submit to the Delhi Health website at health.delhigovt.nic.in, fill it out with all required documents, and appear in person at the hospital on the scheduled walk-in date between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The appointment is on a strictly ad hoc basis for 89 days or until a regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier. The 7 ad hoc Senior Resident posts under DDUH Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 are distributed across three departments. Candidates should apply only for the department matching their PG qualification: 1. Anesthesia-3 posts: MD/MS/DNB in anesthesia or Diploma in anesthesiology (DA). MBBS with 3 years of post-MBBS experience (minimum 2 years in anesthesia) considered only if PG-qualified candidates are insufficient. 2. Pathology - 1 post: MD/DNB in Pathology. This post is only for PG degree holders; no MBBS alternate route applies for pathology. 3. Obstetrics & Gynecology—3 posts: MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Diploma (DGO). MBBS with 3 years of post-MBBS experience (minimum 2 years in Obs & Gynae) considered only if PG-qualified candidates are insufficient.

Arriving without any of these documents can result in rejection at the gate. Organize all originals and self-attested photocopies the evening before the walk-in: - Filled application form downloaded from health.delhigovt.nic.in. - MBBS Degree Certificate and DMC Registration Certificate - PG degree certificate (or DMC receipt of PG registration application) - Valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport) - Category certificate-OBC/NCL or EWS, issued by Govt. of NCL of Delhi for current Financial year (if applicable) - NOC from current employer (mandatory if presently employed) - Experience certificate establishing post-MBBS experience (for MBBS alternate route candidates) - Recent passport-size photographs

Selected candidates will be paid as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-11, which carries a pay range of Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month along with other admissible allowances. Since the position is an ad hoc contractual appointment governed under the Residency Scheme of the Government of India, specific allowances applicable to this post should be confirmed directly with the DDUH administration before joining.
