Analysis: Interview Insight and synthesis
This interview is the deciding factor where only 384 out of 1,158 candidates will successfully secure a gazetted officer position. The panel focuses on your confidence, leadership, and attitude rather than just your academic knowledge. Synthesis: Combined Process KPSC has merged document verification and the interview into one day, requiring you to be extremely organized with your paperwork. Missing a single original document could disqualify you immediately, making your folder as important as your preparation. Analysis: The 36-day interview schedule allows the commission to conduct thorough evaluations and gives candidates time to stay informed. If your interview is later in the schedule, use the extra time to improve your speaking skills and remain calm.
