The BPSC Stenographer recruitment examination generally consists of a written examination followed by a shorthand and typing skill test. Written Examination Pattern: 1. General Knowledge - 50 Marks 2. General Science & Mathematics - 50 Marks 3. Mental Ability & Reasoning - 50 Marks 4. Hindi Language - 50 Marks 5. Selection Process

  1. 1Written Test: First, candidates need to appear for the written exam that tests their general knowledge, language skills, and basic aptitude.
  2. 2Skill Test in Shorthand: Those candidates who qualify in the written test are called for a shorthand test to test their stenographer speed and accuracy.
  3. 3Keyboard Test: Candidates have to show their typing speed and accuracy in this stage as per the standards set by BPSC.
  4. 4Document Check: Short-hand candidates will be required to submit and verify their original educational and identity documents.
  5. 5Final Merit List: The Final Merit List is prepared on the basis of the performance of candidates in all qualifying stages and successful document verification.

Candidates must carry the following documents on exam day: 1. Carry a clear printed copy of your admit card. You will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without it. 2. Please carry the original Aadhaar Card, voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence for identity verification. 3.
